 COACHING PHILOSOPHY Behind the Cage will focus on building the goaltender from the ground up. This begins by developing a solid foundation of the basic fundamentals. Many goalies have success at a young age using improper techniques or bad habits; however that success is short lived when the competition increases and their poor habits are exposed. It is extremely important to build good habits and strong skills early in a goalies development to ensure they progress and succeed at the next level.  |
